We offer the full package of architectural services which correspond to the RIBA Plan of Work Stages. This includes strategic definition, concept design, developed design, technical design, construction and handover, and post-occupancy evaluation.

Operators and funders are seeking sites and opportunities that are ‘oven ready’ to develop. We have the capability to design a scheme ‘right first time’, without relying on input from an operator, if not available. Our specialism allows us to speak with authority and passion when dealing with planning officers, councillors and other stakeholders.

We offer a specialist role advising organisations entering the later living sector about critical design matters. We also work collaboratively alongside other architects to ensure principles of Later Living design are maintained throughout all stages of work.

Working collaboratively with established or emerging clients to prepare design guides and brand standard documents.

For any project for which we are lead designer, we offer PD for CDM and PD for Building Regulations services. These are two independent and distinctive roles. The CDM PD is responsible for planning, managing and coordinating health and safety during the pre-construction phase. The BR PD is required to plan, manage and monitor all design work during the design stage of a project to ensure compliance with the regulations.

When we have designed a project through RIBA stages 0-4 and are not novated, we offer our services to stay appointed by the client team to oversee (not design or specify) work carried by the appointed contractor.
